Counselling starts with understanding what you're going through and what you'd like to change. Whether you're dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or grief, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck and help you move forward. Sessions will be tailored to your needs, goals, and what works for you.
Trauma-Focused Counselling
Difficult experiences can continue to affect how you think, feel, and respond long after they're over. Using EMDR Therapy and other trauma-focused approaches, we'll work through what's still affecting you, reduce its impact, and help you feel more in control of your life.
Education and Credentials
I’m an EMDR-trained Registered Clinical Counsellor with an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy and trauma training. I provide trauma counselling and EMDR therapy in White Rock, South Surrey, and online across BC, including for ICBC, CVAP, and first responders. Direct billing is available for eligible ICBC and CVAP clients.
